How I'm handling the "Break Ups"

So since all of my shows ended a few months ago I have had way more time in the evenings. Andy and Blake have moved on and so must I. So I have found myself picking up some new books. I do not consider myself one of those people who is always reading some new book. I just don't have that kind of time in my life these days, even though I enjoy reading. So I'm quite impressed with myself that I'm almost done with my second book in one month. The first was recommended by Ann and was a very different read. It's called Intuition and gives a good description of what lab life is like in Cambridge and paralled a lot of things Todd goes through in his lab out here. Like I said, not a typical read, but very good nonetheless.

The other is probably more well known and is causing major disaster in my home at the moment. I cannot put it down and find myself wishing I was a teenage girl again, madly in love with the beautiful boy in it. Oh yeah, it's called Twilight. I can't say what it is about, because that's how I went into reading it. Lindsey and my cousins told me about it and wouldn't tell me anything about it because they said I wouldn't read it if I knew. Anyway, that's all I'm going to say. I'm not sure how popular it is among the male readers, but I'll tell you every girl and woman will not be able to put it down. Who knew!

Ashley...can you bring it to New York or have you lent it out to someone else?

I have already read both of the Twilight books and am waiting for the third one to come out next month... I have to say that I feel really immature reading them, but I love them none-the-less.

Ashley--I have to admit. I also couldn't put it down. But despite her efforts make Edward seem like the most beuatiful man in the world, didn't you always remember that he was pale, pale skinned and didn't that always kind of make you not in love with him?

Ashley - I so relate, I just read twilight this weekend. Somehow with a 2 year old and a 2 week old baby I was able to justify spending every spare (and not spare) moment reading it. I agree though, you can't know what it's about or else you'd be very reluctant to read it.

I have heard so much about that weird Twilight book. You are right. Hearing about what it is about makes me not want to read it, but everyone I know keeps telling me how good it is. Weird.
