So yesterday as I was getting out of the shower Toby looked at my legs and said, "Mom, your legs are fat. Why are your legs so fat?" Why is my 3 year old so observant? It reminded me of the time when he was looking at me about a year ago and asked me why I had "fuzzy stuff" on my upper lip. Needless to say I went to the local salon the next day and had my upper lip waxed. Unfortunately for this new observation he might have to wait 3 more months to see Mommy's legs go back down to their normal size.

Toby is quite observant. Last time we were in Boston I was standing at the sink and he was behind me...you know what's coming...and he said "Grammy you have a big butt". Can't say mine will be gone in 3 months:)

I highly doubt you have fat legs, even during pregnancy. I have to say though, Toby sounds like a funny little guy.

Ashley what's up! I found you guys through Deidra's blog. That is sooo funny, mine hasn't got to the age of being quite so opinionated but I'm sure it's coming. Aubree is more in the phase where she gives me false confidence like, "Mommy you sing pretty!" Uh, no. It's weird to see families with kid additions who only had 1 when we left the ward!
