Ward Camp Outs

What would camping out be without an aerobed mattress smashed into a two-man tent (notice cute baby Chase)

Todd was ecstatic to be the first one up (thx boys!) and make the fire to warm up his woman and his angelic children
The boys found carts to ride down hills in. No broken bones or stitches hooray!
And trees to climb inI found some cuties to snuggle with next to the fire
And Erin found the marshmellows
These are our friends Erin and Megan and their kids Landon and Taylor. They have become our family out here while we're so far away from everyone. In fact Landon calls us "Team Palmer-Harris." We visited the Joseph Smith monument since it was right next door to the campsite. It was beautifully landscaped like every church owned thing and the forest surrounding had the MoTab playing in the trees. We decided when we have a home on 10 acres of land we're going to have Coldplay blaring in the trees and maybe the MoTab on Sundays. How cool would that be?
Some have said that Todd looks like Joseph Smith. Here they are together. I can see the resemblance, can you?

Ben's a chick magnet. Only this one was a little rough with him. He didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

The campsite was Camp Joseph in Sharon, VT. It is amazingly beautiful. The hills were covered in green trees as far as you could see.

I can't believe you all went to the ward campout without Team Elton. I thought the Boston world would have just disappeared into nothing without us.

Seriously, we miss you guys and miss our awesomeness together!

Baby Chase is getting so big and grown-up looking. Time for another one? :)

Yeah, I'm finally getting a chance to catch up on the blogs and yours really makes me wonder what I've done with myself. I'm here in hot Texas with a shaved head while phrases like "shoot to kill" and "hooah" (the army grunt) don't seem foreign anymore. I miss the old life.
