Spring is Here...sort of.

We've had a few nice days here recently. Spring officially came a week and a half ago. Although it did snow on us that first day. But it's trying to make up for it by giving us nice 60 degree days in between the rainy ones. We'll take it any way we can. The park is looking more and more alive. Every day a new tree explodes with blossoms and I want to take a picture of every one. This is what happens to you when you suffer through these long winters indoors a lot of the days.

Since Chase learned to walk he is seeing the world through older eyes. He thinks he can do whatever his older brothers can do...so he does.
We've been outside more getting dirtier...
So we've been taking more baths. One of these is not like the others...
And going to Yoga for kids (so cute).

We had a fun week with my Mom in town for the first time to see our new stomping grounds. I think she was relieved to see that the New York we live in is not the Times Square New York or crime-ridden New York of the past. The boys loved showing her "their" park and the museum of natural history or "night before museum" museum (for 20 minutes-we went on a crowded day).

She was great with the boys and spent most of her time here playing Uno Attack and Go Fish instead of seeing all the more exciting things outside our door. Maybe next time. Thanks for coming Mom!

After today I suspect that this post was a cruel April Fool's prank.
