Dear California,
Thank you for giving us such good weather while we were there. You gave us a good taste of what we're missing by living in this concrete jungle of ours. I'm sorry we've deserted you for the time being, but I promise we'll plant our roots there soon enough. Keep dropping those house prices and get my husband a job transfer and we'll be there. And thank you for not drowning Toby in that one wave. We really want him to love surfing.

Apparently you took Chase to California and it magically transformed him from a baby to a little boy. How did he grow up so fast??
