Chase sleeps 8 hours straight people!

Can I just tell you how much I love this kid? Last night he set his personal record- 8 hours straight! Then he went back to sleep and slept another 4 hours. What a blessing. I would be a complete wreck if he was waking up like Ben did, every 2 hours. So I am loving him!

Chase is 9 weeks old now. He is a perfect baby as long as he is in someone's arms, preferably his Mom's. He has quite an appetite and eats a lot during the day, but I'm okay with that as long as he sleeps like he does at night. At his checkup last week he weighed 12 lbs and was 23 inches. He is in the 50th percentile for all his measurements. It looks like he might be my small one, even though he is average. He's a very barfy baby, not that I'm surprised. That's how I make them. I have a lovely new fragrance of spit up throughout the day and both of us average about 3 outfits a day, which gives you an idea of what my laundry room looks like. The hamper is NEVER empty. We love this little guy so much. It feels like a lot longer than 2 months because of how complete our family is with him a part of it. His bros adore him. I have to push Toby off of him all the time because he just wants to kiss him all day long. I guess that's better than the alternative.

See what I mean? Can you find Chase in this picture?

Keep up the good sleeping Chase!

Hallelujah! Good for all of you! You will manage with a sleeper. Toby sets such a good example for Ben.

WOW! Chase gets more attention from his older brothers than Eden gives to little Thomas. She is getting better though. I'm glad he is sleeping for you. No sleep turns moms into monsters. I still have those sleepless nights with Thomas due to his constant ear infections.

Wow he is darling and those pictures of you as a baby are adorable. I have never seen a baby with that much hair. No wonder Chase has so much. That is awesome. Avery is jealous.

A. He is SO dang cute. You really just make the cutest little faces between the two of you.

B. That last picture, no I couldn't see Chase, but mostly what I was looking at was your GORGEOUS house! The light blue walls, white furniture, hard wood floors.... you have what I assume will take me years to achieve. Well mostly the wood floors. I think that's what I saw? Whatever it was, your house looks so great.

And hooray for sleep babes!
